Steel foundation from VIKØrsta is delivered Combi-Coat®-treated (hot-dipped, galvanized) in accordance with the National Road Administration's recommendations in Hand book R310 point 5.3.6. The foundation has two sided cable entry with optional cable entry height, slot width 76mm. It is possible to connect a ø110 draw pipe using a draw pipe sleeve. The bolts are replaceable and the mast footplate will cover the foundation top. 

VIKØrsta Steel foundations are very lightweight compared to concrete foundations and can be set into the ground by hand, resulting in low shipping costs. They require less adjustment when lowering the height with the adjustment options found on the mast of the foundation. If the foundations are in unstable filling, the masts can later be straightened by adjusting the nuts above and below the base plate, which saves you expensive excavation.

There are no need for adapter plates as the steel foundations fit all of our charging posts/ pillars.

Tightening Torque                                                             After the post has been mounted on the foundation, the nuts must be tightened with a tightening torque of at least 200Nm.
