COMPETITION RULES
Who can participate?
Participants must be over 18 years of age, or have consent from parents/guardians. The participant must be resident in Norway and participation is free.
About the competition
The electric car wholesaler wants to give you the opportunity to charge your electric vehicle securely, safely and quickly. It is only possible to submit answers via e-mail or via Facebook. There are no purchase conditions.
The competition lasts from 25 June 2016 to 31 July 2016. The electric car wholesaler can cancel the competition at any time.
The prize
The winner will receive an optional charging station from Ratio Electric's EVCharge series to a value of up to NOK 6,700.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be decided through a draw among all those who have answered the questions correctly and who have liked our Facebook page. The exception is those who have answered by e-mail, where they only need to have answered correctly. The winner will be contacted via email or via Facebook and announced on our Facebook page.
Privacy
By accepting these competition rules, you agree that Elbilgrossisten can process your personal data in connection with the competition. Registered personal data will only be used in connection with the administration of the competition, and will be processed in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act. All personal data is deleted immediately after the competition has ended. This competition is not sponsored or certified by Instagram or Facebook, and is only administered by Elbilgrossisten.
Consent
If you are under 18, we will ask you to provide your mother's, father's or other guardian's email address and telephone number. We will contact your guardian by e-mail or telephone number and ask for confirmation that the rules and conditions are accepted if the winner is under 18 years of age. We will also be able to call to confirm that it really is your guardian. If we do not receive such a confirmation, you will not be able to receive the prize.
Other
The electric car wholesaler reserves the right to reject participation on the basis of a breach of competition rules, cheating or attempts to manipulate the website.
The electric car wholesaler is not responsible for damage and viruses to your equipment, such as PC equipment/tablet/smartphone, as a result of using the website and/or Facebook.
The electric car wholesaler is not responsible for any consequential costs related to participation in the competition, unless this has been expressly agreed.
The prize cannot be converted or exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for paying any tax on the prize.
