MCB / Miniature Circuit Breaker has C-Characteristic (tolerance period) which allows a certain overload within a given period of time. This is to allow, for example, any charging (and other things that require large starting currents to be allowed) to start with large currents without the machine having to switch off. The characteristic is determmined by the electromagnet inside the fuse. 

It is recommended to install a circut breaker which is 80% continuous current load over time. For example- if a charging station continually charges with 16A, it is recommended to use a 20A fuse and appropriate cable cross-section for installation.
